Payments

You may cancel your order within 60 minutes of submitting it by contacting our Customer Care Department at help.amanaapparel@gmil.com. Or chat us during business hours using the chat widget in the bottom right corner of your screen.

We are unable to make changes to an order once the order is processed for shipping.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. Note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of these logos will not be accepted by our global processing service.

We also support Paypal as an acceptable payment method. 

Returns

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved by our quality control team your refund will be processed within 4-5 business days.

We do not offer exchanges at this present time. this means that all returned goods will be refunded. if you require a new size, we recommend placing a new order with us if the desired item is still available.

You have 15 days to make a return from the date in which your parcel was delivered to you. if 15 days have passed since your delivery was made, we would no longer be able to accept a return.

to be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn with the original tags attached, in the original packaging. if our customer care team feels any of these points are not met, it is at their discretion whether the item is suitable for return. should a refund be refused, your item will be returned to you.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at help.amanaapparel@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the package. We will replace the damaged item upon availability.

Shipping

Orders are processed and delivered Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays. Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing. 

Orders placed after 12:00 noon PST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for unanticipated freight carrier delays.

Shipment date does not include processing time. Processing time generally takes 1-3 days depending on stock and during high demand periods, it could take up to 5-7 days. 

 

Average Shipping time is 10-14 business days. Holidays are not included. 

Amana Apparel is currently shipping only to Canada and USA. International shipping worldwide will be available soon.

If you wish to change or amend your shipping address, you will need to send a request to our customer care team via our contact form. do not forget to include the Order ID, correct shipping address. however, if your order has already been picked, packed or dispatched, it will not be possible to change or amend it.
